Rates & Enquiries

  • Our minimum rate is based on up to 4 guests per night.
  • Standard Rate: $490 (Monday – Sunday)
  • Peak Rate: $560 (includes all School Holidays except July, long weekends, Easter, Christmas, and special events)
  • Extra guest(s): Additional $50 per night, per guest (no charge for infants 3 years and under)
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights during off peaks, and 3/4 nights during peak periods.
  • Long stay discount: 10% discount is offered for all booking of 7 nights or more nights.
  • Check-in: 2:00 pm
  • Check-out: 10:00 am
  • Note: Under no circumstances do we accept school leavers.

Payment requirements

Deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required to confirm the booking and remining balance required 1 month before arrival (a reminder will be sent). Bookings made 1 month or less prior to arrival, require full payment at the time of booking.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the below terms and conditions.

Full and final payment is required 1 month prior to arrival.  If guest numbers change at this stage, then rate can be adjusted before final payment has been made (additional $50pp pn).

Cancellations/Refund Policy

Cancellation of your booking one month or greater prior to arrival you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation of booking less than one month prior to arrival will result in no refund unless the dates are rebooked by another guest.

We support all Govt Mandates in reference to Covid 19. If you can’t travel due to Covid 19 restrictions a full refund applies 

Standard Terms and conditions

Guests responsibilities

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.

Size of party/maximum number of guests

  • The number of guests occupying the property must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking or subsequently agreed to by email prior to arrival.
  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PARTIES, FUNCTIONS or SOCIAL GATHERINGS permitted at Waters Edge. Maximum 8 guests unless prior arrangements have been made at time of booking.
  • Music to only be played outside on the decking areas between the hours of 9am – 10pm only. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental (no refund applies).
  • Damage, breakages are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
  • The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.  
  • No smoking indoors (permitted on outside decking areas).
  • PETS are welcome but please advise at time of booking (no bond or fee required).
  • Termination of Booking

The owner and/or booking agent reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time.  Unfortunately, as all instant booking channels do not operate in unison, there is a small chance that a double booking may occur. In this very unlikely event of a double booking or travel restrictions enforced by the WA Government, it is at the owner’s discretion which booking request will be approved/cancelled.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner.

Note: Keys – are available on arrival at Waters Edge where you will be welcomed by owner/proprietor.

Departure

  • The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
  • Check-out time is 10am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for the next guests, unless late checkout has been arranged prior to your stay. 
  • Any faults, damages, or breakages should be reported to the owner on departure.
  • Any items left behind that you wish to have returned, will incur postage costs.

Declaration and Agreement

I hereby acknowledge that I am the guest named on the booking form and that I’m over the age of 18 years and that all the information provided herein is true and correct. I further agree that the stated conditions will apply to this booking in accordance with the booking conditions.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including by email, via our website www.watersedge.com.au

and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.

When we collect Personal Information, we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of apolitical association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Sensitive information is not collected by us. 

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:

Third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and

Where required or authorised by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is deleted once your stay with us is finalised.
